Have both, pros and cons with each, 550 mount is vulnerable to damage by moisture and will likely fail but its a super gps, the larger screen on the 660 isnt really a great advantage, its a faster gps without the manual buttons but limited to 1000 favorites, I know, mine's full, use the 660 more often, bought a extra mount on Amazon.uk and its mounted on the Harley, have a look on Zumo furums here

Anyone own or comment on the 665 ?

Anyone use Base camp yet or whatever Garmin calls it?  I've been trying to get used to it but it's a pain in the  :232: .

Recently downloaded base camp.. not planned any route on it yet.... hoping it all works out.

As far as the 550/660 debate is concerned, I've had the 660 for a couple of years now, and done a trip to Poland, and one to Austria- its worked without a fault, using routes planned by me  ... the size and shape is a definite bonus over the 550 IMHO   ( used a 550 on my work bike until recently)   :016:
