Long Range Fuel Tank
« on: August 30, 2015, 12:15:12 PM »
In the "What Accessory Would you Like" thread, a bigger fuel tank seems to be the most popular choice.

Question; Would you buy a Safari Tank if they made one for the Explorer? Here is the Tiger 800 one...

Bear in mind, if you get one, that IS what it is going to look like, it`s going to be white plastic just like Acerbis and various other brands.

Safari Tanks are based in Australia, the owner Robin, is very approachable and I think that he will make some, if we can show him that the interest level is there.

What do you think?

I don`t always use public toilets but when I do, I draw a penis on the wall of the cubicle.

Sure, why not?

People complain about the weight now......Wait.

If you have a white Explorer and you traded a Thunderbird 1600 on it, you will know who I really am, I was the one that sold it to you!  :001:

And I also sold you your Thunderbird a couple of years back!

I hope the love affair with your Explorer is still going strong and welcome to the forum, Pedro!  :031:

Gawd that's ugly. I suppose if I had to trek 300+ miles between gas stations...maybe. But I think a roto pack would be cheaper.
don't come to a cat forum saying you should have bought a dog.

That webpage says there are three color choices - Black, white or clear.  Black would be OK for those that don't want white or clear.   :027:

The black tanks look great on the 800 Tigers. They make perfect sense in Oz. I just can't see the need here in the States. :027:
