Spotted on the Kirkstone Pass
« on: May 13, 2016, 10:13:47 PM »
Riding from the A66 through Troutbeck towards the A592 Kirkstone Pass today, Friday 13/5/2016, I saw a large group of TEx's, led by a Cranberry red one. Appeared to be 5 or 6 including a blue one like mine and had a BMW in amongst them.
Gave you guys a wave............who was this group?

Enjoy the ride and ride safe
Sapphire Blue TEx, fog lights, engine bars, hand guards, OEM Triumph panniers / topbox, Touring screen, Pyramid Shock Shield & fender extender, Triumph Sat Nav Mount with lockable TomTom Rider V, Beowulf Stainless powder coated radiator guard, SW Motech bar risers, SW Motech Upper Bars, Fuel oval carbon Diablo end can, Denali Soundbomb.....

Probably us. Three Explorers, five Tiger 800s, a BMW GS, a Super10 and a Bonnie.

All heading up to the annual Tiger MegaMeet at Kenmore, Scotland. Hopefully some of us waved back!

T800XC,

Nice to see a large group of fellow TEx's out enjoying the roads in the Lakes.
We had stayed overnight in Bowness having just travelled down from an overnight stay at Moffat, Scotland. (My TEx, a KTM1190, Multistrada 1200s, Kawasaki ZZR1400 and a BMW GS1200.)
Some fantastic roads in the Borders and around the Lakes and I think we were very lucky to have had such great weather......

Hope you had a great time up in Scotland!!!   :046:

Nice, I was at the back of that group of 10, on my kwak.   A few of the lads noticed so many Tigers.
