A few video clips from the Picos
« on: November 07, 2017, 09:55:00 PM »
Did Spain and Portugal in September, many many hours of video to go through (92 video clips ranging up to 28 mins each).  :002:

Thought I'd post a few edited bits here in case anyone hasn't been there and wonders what it's like over there.

The roads and scenery are awesome. No speed cameras hiding around every corner and we saw hardly any police all trip so you can relax and enjoy the ride.  :028:

We tour to enjoy the roads and scenery we travel through, we like to appreciate where we are.

Nice videos, thanks for sharing. Just the thing for warming up a frosty morning! Brings back memories of my last trip to Picos & Sera de Estrella and makes me think about planning 2018 excursions - probably Italy this time for us.

Thanks, so much video that I'll probably finish up with a few dozen of these shorter edited video's. It's fun making them and great to look back on them, so many memories come floding back. I might post a few more as I do them as long as you don't get bored of them.   :002:

I used a Drift Stealth, now out of production due to unreplacable batteries burning out. My first packed in but as I like the size of them so much I bought another off a friend who had a new one he'd never used. I've since managed to source replacement batteries so hope to get my first Drift up and running again soon as well.

I have three camera mounts, one on the top of the front foglight, one on top of the topbox facing backwards, and one on my helmet.

They were edited in Windows Moviemaker and uploaded to Youtube using the hi-res setting.

Here's another one from the same tour. There was a bit of rain so a wet camera lens to start with.
