Also where is the headlight relay? There are a line of them under the seat but no indercation what they are for?

Fair chance it's an issue with a cannon plug beneath the tank. Trace the cable that runs from the handlebar headlight switch as deep as it'll go beneath the handlebars then give it a little yank and shake. That fixed my issue.

My 2014 Explorer is showing the same fault. Main beam, flash and side light all ok. Both dipped beam bulbs not working. Replaced bulbs and swapped relay and still no joy. Tried to manipulate the loom that goes under the tank, but still nothing. Anybody any ideas?

My sympathies to you all having headlight problems.
When the low beams on my TEx died, it was both bulbs blown.  (Suspiciously after a service.)  I know it was the same for Nik, both bulbs.
You have to wonder about the point of having two headlight bulbs, if they are always going to blow in unison!

It could be an issue with your high/low switch. Does the headlight come on (with the engine running) when you press the flash/pass high beam button?

Hi Oxidefilm, The headlights do not work with the engine running. When I press the flash the high beam works and high beam works from the light switch.
