Held Maken adventure helmet
« on: April 28, 2018, 10:45:41 AM »
Has anyone tried the Held Maken helmet, I believe that they are part of the Schuberth group.
They look good value for a fibreglass adventure helmet, even has a drop down visor, and pretty good reviews from adventure bike magazine.

Interesting. I had never heard of these folks before.

I'll keep an eye on them - I liked the company :-D

I had no idea that they made helmets. I have a pair of their gloves that have served me well for years that have about 40,000 miles of use and they are still intact, comfortable, and practical.

Google doesn’t bring up a Held Maken Helmet? I could only find the E-h1 or the Alcatar.
The peak on the E-h1 looks like an after thought, the alcatar looks ok, I went with the shoes Hornet ADV as it has a quick release visor and you don’t have to take the peak off to change the visor, it’s also a very good lid, very quite and very comfortable.
