Fork Seal Size 13 TEX
« on: August 05, 2018, 10:45:48 AM »
Guy's, can anyone tell me the size of the fork seal 2013 TEX XC. I'm currently in far northwest Laos and closest dealer is over a thousand kilometers away. I may be able to get a generic  seal from across the Thai border. Any help much appreciated.

Is it definitely blown or just weeping?
Mine was leaking quite a bit back in May and a good clean with a Seal Doctor to get the crud out stopped the leak. You can also use the tip of a cable tie or some other thin plastic as an emergency cleaning tool. I posted some photos on here when I did it.

I just bought the stock Triumph seals.
I believe they are 46mm.
I also suspect you have already dealt with this long ago, since this post is old.
Just answering for someone's future reference.
