Just above freezing would be my limit, never knowing where you might encounter black ice would be my concern. I have Barkbuster Blizzards which I find very effective, but this is against wind chill rather than conductive heat loss. Fair play to you driving in those conditions....your'e barking mad!  :031:

Where I am is a desert so it might be cold but there isn't any moisture hiding about until you see it rain or snow.
