I have a Badlands Pro suit, and I love it. It's the first "premium" suit I've ever owned.
I have only had it for six months or so, but here are my observations:
1. Absolutely windproof. When zipped up, the cold air is not getting through. Need to make sure you cuffs are snug though, or some air can get around your gauntlets.
2. Waterproof. Just need to make sure your vents are closed all the way and the neck opening is cinched up, or water will get in there.
3. Heavy. Not uncomfortable, just heavy. Something to consider if you are going to be loading your bike up to the maximum. With boots and helmet, I'm 25 pounds heavier in this suit.
4. So far, the coldest ride I have had in this suit was this morning at 34F. Legs were comfortable, not cold at all with just a thin base layer. I had heated gear up top, so that was fine, too.

I have worn just the jacket in similar temps without the heated gear, and stayed warm enough for a short ride.
5. It gets hot above the low 80F range. It breathes well, but if you're going slow or are stuck in traffic, it can get uncomfortable.
6. Depending on your riding style, the ventilation is OK to excellent. Sitting down, it is just OK. If you spend a lot of time standing on the pegs, you'll flow a ton of air. Seems to flow more air if I don't have my tankbag on.
7. It's subjective I know.....but I really like the styling. I have the Hi-viz.
Here are my negatives:
1. It has big and heavy, glove friendly YKK zippers all around- except for the one that joins the jacket to the pants. I struggle with this zipper constantly. I have not found a way to quickly and reliably get the two halves of this zipper to mate. Once started, it works fine. Needs a longer or heavier (or both) zipper to make this easier. I also removed the kidney belt- didn't need it and it interfered with zipping the top and bottom together; it just got in the way.
2. I found that if I put my 3 litre hydration pack in the jacket, the added weight would pull the front of the collar uncomfortably against my throat. Might work better with a smaller pack, but I went back to using the backpack.
3. The handwarmer pockets are placed at an odd angle, and are kind of hard to open and close with gloves on.
4. The pants do not have full length zippers down the legs. That's not a complaint, but you can't drop them as far down as you may like for certain calls of nature.
I would buy this suit again when I wear this one out.
