Hi just fitted a set of SW Motech upper engine bars to my 2018 Tiger 1200 xrx low, some extra work removing the tank 'fairings' to gain access to the engine bolts but otherwise fairly straightforward. OEM lower bars. I painted the upper bars with Halfords rubberised black so they now match the OEM lower bars.
Life is too short for plain biscuits.

I definitely recommend the SW Motec upper bars. They work great protecting the bike (Go on, ask me how I know  :006:)

Just the 12 broken bones and a punctured lung. Nothing serious. Thankfully I had all the gear, and I wasn't wearing the magic Harley crash protection (bandana, shades, and a Harley t-shirt)  Pretty sure the crash bars saved me getting trapped under the bike too. Motec uppers with Triumph lowers

oh man. really sorry to hear that. and I'm very happy to have you here.  :028: :821: as a rider who came from the Harley magick kindgom of t-shirts & flipflops with fingerless gloves I know exactly what you mean. :169: thank you for being alive and kudos for choosing TEX and having all the necessary equipment in your time of need. upper crash bars are a must for this bike - not only do they save the bike's skin but most importantly they save your skin!

keep the rubber side down y'all.
