Which bit of it can be recommended - looks like we have do it in a transit day so i was looking at jumping in somewhere and then jumping off West at Baden Baden  ! advice welcome

from memory the whole length fro the junction with 28 is worthy, assuming you are on return trip where are you staying, I would heartily recommend Esche sur Sure if you can make it that far. Where are you in Cotswolds, I am Gloucester / Cheltenham area, Graham

Have done B500 twice, last time in 2014. Most is good but try to avoid weekends.
If you are looking a for a good place to stay enroute in Luxembourg, I can certainly recommend Hotel de la Sure in Esch-sur-Sure.
I have stayed there at least twice a year since 1993.
If you go to Esch, say hello to Ronald and Bianca from Peter...they will know.
