TSAS is super granular rear preload adjustment for load. A rider, rider/passenger, rider/passenger/luggage setting would be a backward step. That would make no sense at all? You can eventually overwhelm the rear preload TSAS adjustment at full loading ( like most bikes) hence the headlight adjustment load lever.

Thanks for the link.  Is this for 2018 or 2019 bikes?

Choose which ever you want - both old Tiger Explorer (Gen 2 up to 2018) and new Tiger 1200 (Gen 3 2018 onwards) are on the list!.

My advice, at this point, is for the OP to start a new topic titled something like "TSAS will not level bike" and see what kind of responses you get. Also, what is your total weight load two-up with luggage? Have done any testing to see what weight limit you reach before the TSAS fails to level?

I really think that it would be more productive for you to investigate your current issue on your bike. All indications are that the salesman is 'uninformed'.

this isn't a salesman.   its a triumph rep.  you'd think he'd know, but obviously not.

A very official Triumph rep told me that my bike was stranded because of the battery, sorry the alarm, sorry the keyless receiver, sorry the firmware...
As of now, I have never talked to a useful Triumph rep.
Either I'm extraordinarily unlucky, or none of them know what they're doing.
All anger aside, probabilities are clearly in favor of the latter hypothesis.

I don't have a lever on mine, either. And there is no way to change presets (1-up, 2-up, loaded) like we could with the Trophy. On the 2019 Tiger, it is what it is...all you can do is firm up the suspension. I will say that my Tiger rides/handles very well 2-up, I like it :169:

My 2019 XRT has a headlight lever, so surely the XCA should have one?

Thank you, T800XC! I will look at it tonight and find that "lever'!
