Injector Cleaner
« on: February 28, 2019, 05:26:39 PM »

Thx

Ronny

The question for the real tecchies amungst us is following. Do you ADD on a regulary base injection cleaner in your bikes, and if yes, what brand?

This is roughly the translation of the question.

My answer, then, is that I use a brand of gasoline that includes Techron which does injector cleaning continuously, so I would not use an additional fuel additive cleaner unless I had some kind of specific issue.

"Seafoam" is still a good answer.

I never clean bikes. Neither their outside, nor their inside ;-)
This makes my dealer patronize me (which I don't care from a supposed expert unable to reflash a failed Mk3 in less then 2 months and recommending SP98 petrol without even knowing what octane rate means).
