abe from beer town uk
« on: March 10, 2019, 10:45:24 PM »
greetings from a long time lurker first time poster. I've had my explorer for just under a year and i can't believe i didn't buy one sooner. went for the 1200 as previous bike was a 1050 sprint st so going lower in cc just seemed like a step backwards. somethings I've noticed is a bike this big should not shift as quick as it dose and it shouldn't be as agile as it is even at low speeds. really liking the riding position as well as old bike was murder on the joints even on short journeys so looking forward to doing some miles on the explorer.

:400: Abe, only had mine about 4 months and loving it. Moved from a VFR 1200 purely because of pain in the elbows. This isn't just much better, I'm totally pain free when riding. Loving riding again and I hope you now feel the same. Enjoy.  :305:

I assume from the title you're in B-o-T, I'm just a bit up the A50 through S-o-T in Holmes Chapel, have fun  :028:

Did they ever get round to putting speed cameras up on the A50 round there, mental dual carriageway  :008:

I'll never be old enough to know better !
