Quirky?

I spotted this from the official Triumph UK insurance website while I was looking around for quotes. I've cropped the page & edited out personal details but added a hint for you!

Can you include car policies on this?

I drive a Range Rover and almost always have my Border Collie, Ben, with me in the car. I always have to make sure that he never gets hot in the car, which involves parking indoors in the summer and always involves leaving windows and the sunroof ajar. This is where insurance companies refuse cover. All of them, that is, except for one - the NFU.

When I asked them, expecting another decline, they simply asked what breed he was and if I could bring him in to the office the next time I came past?! They will also cover me for up to 2000 rounds of ammunition or up to 2000 shotgun cartridges  and while they’ll also cover me for a trailer, I’m told that I’ll need to arrange separate cover for livestock!  :008:

If anyone else has a Land Rover product and lives in a rural postcode (to qualify), they gave me by far the highest level of cover at by far the lowest price  :028:
