Thanks for the top tip chaps, just ordered those Screen Angel protectors, you get two in a standard pack and can get them in clear and anti glare, so I've gone for one of each.  :152:

Back on the original topic, I had a Street Triple 765R (with the Triumph tinted flyscreen) previous to my Tiger and I'm sure the TFT didn't switch between low and high-contrast as readily as the Tiger does, possibly the affects of the different screens or else perhaps one of Triumphs little "improvements"?

I too have a screen protector fitted.  Unfortunately it doesn't reduce the day/night switching frequency of the screen.

I could really use the anti glare protector.  Is this a triumph thing or did I miss where to get them in the thread?

Not a Triumph thing, this is the link to the Screen Angels protectors posted by @Nik https://www.speedo-angels.com/product/triumph-tiger-800-1200-dashboard-screen-protector/

They also do a “nano glass” protector here that seems really good but it’s not available in anti glare unfortunately.

Sorry for being late to the party guyZ ;-)

Yes the anti-glare does work (I have LOTS of sun rays down here ;-). Added bonus: it makes the display less distractive at night.
Fitting was really easy (much in the same fashion as smartphones screen protectors, but easier ;-).
It's been stuck on there for more than one year now and it didn't suffer a single bubble, nor a scratch. And I ride all year long under any kind of weather.

Top product (and top service)!
