Hi all, visited the factory yesterday and noticed quite a few explorer "SE" spec bikes built and parked around the production lines. This was my second factory visit and recommend to anyone. ps saw the new 900 being built aswell.

I reckon there'll be a lot of them going at bargain prices in 6 months or less when more info comes through on the gen 4

mmmm price of bikes is already too high but i think you are right as launch day beckons i would not buy one today  - in general design today should make a new bike cost no more than the old one using DCA ( design cost analysis) enabling higher profits - scope creep ie changes late in the design put costs up - lets hope they did their research well

I see the " SE " spec bikes on sale. one on fleabay from dealer at £15,500.

£14,700 for the Alpine at my local dealer. Mid spec tiger with autoblipper, Arrow and paint for £400 more.
