Since my dealer found "lots of water" in my tank, I could suggest him doing the same as you!

I had this issue. Then I discovered that the authorized dealer that did the head replacement and first major service on my TEX had misrouted the rubber filler overflow drain tube up against the CAT which had melted the end closed.  :006:
