Greetings From Ohio
« on: May 29, 2020, 08:08:06 PM »
Hi! I've been lurking around here for about three years, ever since I set eyes on the Tiger lineup. My first ADV bike was 650 V-Strom three years ago, but I always had my eye on a TEX. As of last month, I am the proud owner of a 2015 TEX. I love this big, bulky, silky smooth beast. I'm going on my first group ADV ride next week down in Logan, Ohio and the following week I'm doing a solo trip via Lake Shore Boulevard from my little city in NW Ohio up to Niagara, and back down through Allegheny National Forest in PA. Any and all tips/must-sees from anyone who is familiar with these routes would be awesome!

Also, since I've gotten my TEX, I have started saying things like "It's time to ride my motorbike" and "Oh, I see that I need to go get petrol." Not sure if that's just me or if that comes standard with all Triumphs, but I'm certainly not complaining!

We may have to have an Ohio gathering soon, sounds like many Ohioans joining our fold.

Thanks for the love guys, looking forward to being active in the community.

An Ohio meetup would definitely be awesome once everything opens back up! My buddy rides a 800 XCA so I’ll get him some vinyl stickers so he can cover that up lol

I can’t post a pic from my phone but will send a few over to the computer and get those up.
