Trying to find 2019 Tiger 1200 XCA aftermarket levers.
« on: June 29, 2020, 02:12:52 PM »
I'm having a hard time finding aftermarket levers for the 2019 Triumph Tiger XCA. Seems to be a lot of options for the 800 and 1200, 2017 and below, not much for the 2018+.

So far I found these:
https://evotech-performance.com/collections/all/products/ep-triumph-tiger-1200-xca-folding-clutch-and-brake-lever-set-2018-onwards

Puig, not sure, looks like you have to order sever pieces to get a complete lever. Revzilla's webpage is not very helpful.

Any ideals?
Thanks.

Perfect, thanks!
When I did a search it brought up an older post, 2016. Still trying to learn this forum search function.   :173:

Just an FYI.

I checked out the ebay levers sold by jaybeebikerbits:, https://www.ebay.com/itm/232771495591 , and this is the response I received from the sealer.

Me: Will the levers work on a 2019 Triumph Tiger 1200 XCA?

jaybeebikerbits:
sorry no

Me: Thanks for the reply,
Do you have a set on ebay that will work with 2019 Triumph Tiger 1200 XCA?

jaybeebikerbits:
Hi,
I have been told there are fitment issues on the XCA so i do not sell them
thanks
jon

So, It will not work with my bike according to the sealer.  :027:

I have these on my Gen 3 XCA.  Moved them from my Gen 1 and before anyone says careful, cheap chinese metal, they've done 70k miles and not a single problem.  The levers are the same across the 3 generation of bike.

When I get home I'll try to post pics.

I also ordered the EP Triumph Tiger 1200 XCA Folding Clutch and Brake Lever set 2018+.

Which lever does not fit or is it both?  Odd as didn't think T had changed the design in 2019.  Have you actually tried?  Checked the T part numbers for the OEM levers and they've not changed over 2018/2019/2020 manufacture years.

To be clear, I have these lever on my gen 3 2018 XCA today...

Stotty,

The levers in your picture show a cable connection, my Tiger is hydraulic, no cable connections. See pic attached.

There’s no cable connection, you mistaking the hole where the pivot bolt goes? ...
They are on my bike and they are all hydraulic clutch and front brake.   They are also the exact same as the EP ones and the eBay version... study them closely...    but hey, not going to argue about it, trying to help you save some hard earned after
