I thought the same, but why would they be offered on a UK site if that’s the case? I googled it and it looks like they will work in the UK but I’m no expert!!
Oh well, it’s all irrelevant as they don’t seem to be available anywhere anyway.

AFAIK they operate at 433MHz in Europe and at 315MHz in most other countries around the world.

According to Triumph they're 315MHz for Japan & Hong Kong, 434 MHZ for ROW (Rest of the World). You have to use the matching immobiliser too.
