TigerTool works with either USB, Bluetooth or WiFi OBD2 diagnostic interfaces.

It also works fine with all versions of Windows from XP to 11 without having to use compatibility modes.

No it is a Bluetooth dongle.  Better than a USB cable IMHO.
Plug it into the bike OBD2 port, and pair to it with a laptop's Bluetooth.  No wires to tangle and worry about.  And it is cheap!

Also useful with a car.  I use the Torque app on my Android phone for that.  (Which sadly, doesn't work with the bike.)

Hi. I have just got my OBD11 V1.5 which is what I think I need to connect my Tiger 1200 to TigerTool.
It seems to connect OK to the OBD11 but does not get data from my bike. I select the Port and it likes that. When I click Connect it looks for and finds the interface. All the time I have a green Com3 open message. But it then says error loading data. I have checked the kill switch and ignition is on.

I am running Windows11 and wonder if that is a problem. Can anyone offer any suggestions.

The whole question arose when I had to replace the bike's battery and it lost the service info in the process. This is what I want to correct now.

As mentioned numerous times on here, the BBFLY-BF32301 is my recommendation although many others also work.

I have just tried to use this cable with an older version of Tune ecu V2.5.5 and it wont connect at all. Do I need two seperate cables, one for tiger tool and another for tune ecu? Not sure what I am doing wrong here. Please advise.
