Anything generic that meets the spec in the manual. It's coolant for engines.

The spec is fairly specific. It must be HOAT compatible. If not you need to thoroughly flush the entire system.

Like I said, anything that meets the spec Cpt. People seem to think that it's necessary to buy stuff made from unicorn tears. 'Oh I'd only ever use Triumph coolant' like Triumph have a  coolant manufacturing plant somewhere. Same as oil for me I'm afraid. As log as it meets the spec, it'll do for me.  I wasn't implying I'd use weed killer or paint thinners.

Unicorn tears are surprisingly affordable here. To be honest, they are real pests. They eat my begonias.

But marginally easier to collect than morning dew from a mermaid's thigh I'll warrant.

Seriously, I know a guy who insists on taking his 25 year old Landcruiser to Toyota when he needs air in his tyres. Yep, genuine Toyota air. Nothing else will do.

Got to be picky on the old Triumph's, they want the ethylene glycol based stuff and not the more modern HOAT/OAT. Lots of anecdotal reports of the inhibitors in more modern coolants eating cylinder head gaskets on the Hinckley Triumph's.  Castrol do an ethylene glycol mix and it is still a valid coolant for all modern bikes as long as you don't mix different types as already mentioned.
