I am coming from 4 V-Stroms :)

So I solved the 6th gear issue now by my self (as described in the related theme) and I am riding again! Can wait - part will be in 2022 if you ask me….

This issue might be also due to very big number of issues on bikes all over the world. I called almost 40 dealers and they all knew about this issue, and said that they are also waiting this part, I found 3 with part on stock but already booked for customer repairs.

Heb inmiddels ook iemand gevonden die voor mij de schuin gesleten doken gaat vlakken , want af wachten op de levering van de 6th Gear gaat een heel lang verhaal worden 🤔🤔

Anything coming from overseas via sea/container freight is going to be delayed, and it is going to get worse before it gets better.

The ports and rail hubs here in the states are a total disaster.

Oh good.

Still doesn't explain why the manufacturers, so glued to Asian suppliers, can't get their finger out and utilise skilled engineering in their home country...

The steel is probably coming out of Asia, too.   :003:
