Their website describes the process, and they ask you to send them your bike details and 2 pictures of your seat. if there is any doubt they send you back 2 pictures and ask you t confirm the exact measurements.
They have a Mobile phone number 0483-861669 ( Kirk) and sound very good to deal with over the phone, When I told him my problem He made the comment that they quite regularly deal with ex-Air Flow dissatisfied customers.
Hopefully I shall have mine by mid-next week. So I will let you know how it goes. I then just have to convince Air Flow to give me a refund.
As a follow up.
The Custom Made Australian Made cover from "Cool Dry Covers " in Melbourne, turned up and it fitted Ok.(They had made one for a 1200GT Pro previously) I have found them excellent to deal with and if there is any initial doubts they ask you to send them 2 pictures of your existing seat and then if they have any doubts they send you back an Email asking you to confirm some measurements as depicted in their picture in the Email. Their preferred Communication is via Phone Contact.
Being slightly pedantic as I am and purely for aesthetic purposes. I was not 110% happy with the initial exact fit and He immediately asked why so I did a video call with Kirk the owner immediately committed to making a second unit FOC and is sending it this week.
The Pictures below will indicate the Product and how it fits, The Second one where My finger is pointing to the cover is where I suggested that He add about another 25mm in that portion of the cover. and a small amount of material lat the Lower Front Ears of the seat cover.
I also asked that He add a Front to Reat Velcro Tether as IMO the side-to-side Tethers do not do a great deal.

Have just fitted a cool cover from UK - yes tight to get on but I am sure this will give a bit - first outing in jeans in 30 degree heat was a good start - Spain in a few weeks time will be more of a test 😀
Tiffen - splendid idea - in the lunge

Well Members
The replacement ( Slightly Modified ) tailor-made Cool Dry Covers Australia Cover arrived today and I am extremely happy with the result. They made the replacement precisely as I had sugged above and it fits perfectly, They supplied the replacement for free as well they included a prepaid postage satchel for me to send the initial unit back.
Below are the picture of the replacement that fits perfectly around the tank with the elasticized material contacting the tank, and the same around the back which eliminates the problem that the previous supplier had making it virtually impossible to get the pillion seat to lock in.
