harrievr from Holland
on: July 27, 2021, 09:36:02 PM
Hi, all,

After purchasing my second hand Tiger 1200 Explorer XCX from 2016 with 11.000 KM's on the clock a few weeks ago, I thought it would be useful and fun to join this forum.

My previous bike was a Tiger 1050, which I liked a lot, so hence the bigger tougher brother ;-)

Next to my Triumph I also own a Ducati Streetfighter 1098 S, which is a lot of fun also.

I have been riding bikes for the past 35 years. Never stopped. Owned Suzuki's (2), BMW (1), Ducati's (4), Yamaha (1), next to the 2 Triumphs.

I live in the Netherlands in Europe and my (longer) bike rides have taken me to the Alpes, the Pyrenees, Italy, Greece, France, Switzerland, etc. The Pyrenees are my favourite.

Regards,
Harrie

Welcome from Australia, Harrie.

I think you will find your new bike the best yet for touring.  And this forum will answer any questions you might have.
