I bought a pair of the Classic Car LEDs and fitted them yesterday. Went straight in, the bulb covers fit as normal and the bulbs don't appear to upset the CanBus. They are certainly bright and the beam pattern looks good. I didn't get out in full dark yesterday but, so far, very good.

I am pleased you found them as good as I do..
No screaming fans and dont they just feel a quality item..

Its one of those rare cases where you actually do have your cake and eat it..

Better light output BUT with a much lower current draw...
Our bikes have pretty powerful alternators but on other bikes I have owned, they had a much lower output.
My last bike had a 420 watt alternator, so the saving made a difference.. Free heated grips in that bikes case.

I have a couple LED’s of what looks like Seoul y19. They are not correctly aligned, resulting in angry other road users. According to my Triumph dealer the headlight unit can’t be aligned properly as the headlight units reflector was not designed for LED. Any one else has this problem with LED’s?

Yes. You need to choose an LED replacement that imitates a halogen bulb exactly in terms of the positioning of the LEDs. Mine left a hole in the center, closer to the bike. They are really good at illuminating signs, though.

Yes, one of my major complaints during my experiments.
Having a light source that does not illuminate the road properly but makes roadsigns glaring at night is quite the opposite of what I was after.

Indeed, I received a call from NASA and they asked me to stop signaling to the ISS......

I'll have the LED removed and replaced by original light bulbs.

I mixed it up. Kept one LED and one OEM bulb. I don't ride much at night.

AS I said at the beginninbg of this post...
There are LED's and there are LED's..
They are NOT all the same at all..
The decent ones that are MOT friendly are expensive!!

My headlights are aligned pefectly and I have checked with mates (both on bikes and in cars) if they dazzle..
They do not!

The ones in my bike were 49 euro a piece (I found them online after they were removed by the dealer). Not quite cheap but still not correctly adjustable.
