Great report on your ride out. You've got more nerve than me going over Hardknott pass on your Tiger, I've been over it a few times on both my Tiger 1050's, in both directions, west to east is the worst direction of travel I thought as you're heading down the steepest parts and hairpins. I decided a few years ago that I've been there, done that, so I don't need to do it again!

I like Wrynose pass and the valley in-between the two is beautiful but I'd head back along the Duddon valley to head back towards Coniston I think. There is some fabulous scenery in the Lakes though and it makes for a great trip out, if a bit hairy at times!

Hi Chris..
Thank you for your comments...
I am in a similar mindset to you mate..
I have now done it on my Tiger..
There are hundreds of other less stressful rides to do.. So why risk Bike and injury..

:821: It surely is, gorgeous and I want to go there!!! Added to bucketlist  :467: I wish it wasn't a helmet mounted cam though, all those head turns are head hurts to me  :745: What's up with sped-up playback? I'd watch this thing on normal speed, what a beautiful road.

Hi Icy

I think he sped up parts that he considered univentful (Boring)..
If you google "Hardknott Pass" you find quite a few errr adventures on that route.
My Brother gets pretty bad motion sickness from Gaming (luckily I dont.. COD4 is ace).
