Wow. I'm gonna make some phone calls tomorrow and ask to talk to a manager since my sales rep doesn't respond to my emails some times. The bike has officially been at the dealer for 3 weeks now and when i last talked to them on Tuesday they said it seems ready. Starting to lose patience...
Three wks seems an exorbitant amount of time to wait to do a few hours prep on a bike that is already running two months late,,. The failure to return calls or email seems to be a somewhat standard,,. Are you even sure they have a bike?
Mine with a 6 month deposit has gone from a specific delivery week, to delayed, to further delayed to next month delayed to we don't know where it is or anything about it to no longer returning email requests for a delivery date,,. My first time dealing with Triumph, friends and family think I'm nuts,!!
