You should be able to select, even customise, all the modes. Are you pressing the joy stick in to confirm?

Yeah, pressing the joy stick. Read the instructions umpteen times and I can customise the modes but not change out of Road.Got the first service on Thurs, so will attack the dealer then.

I have had no problem getting it to go into sport.  Are you letting off the throttle right after you push the joystick?

Should give a message to do so, "close throttle for mode change",,.

Thanks lads got it sorted, bit reluctant to tell you the whole story but here we go. The engine must be running, wont change if it's not !!!

No worries, not sure I've got the start/stop switch down yet, seems to turn back on as I'm walking away? Is it a bit slow to come on & off ?
Sometimes I'm already on the move before it comes on,,!!

Got the starting sorted, I push the toggle and by the time the gloves are on and I'm on, she is good to go.
