    Not all of the OBD II Bluetooth adapters are the same. The model you use matters quite a bit. I tried a cheap one off of Amazon and had the same issue you did.

    I was able to use the TuneEcu App on a $39 LG Rebel from Walmart with an ODBLink LX just fine. Reset Service, download MAPs, etc
