    Pipewerx vs scorpion exhaust

I've been looking at the options to make my 2018 1200 xrx sound better.

I had a GR Moto fitted to my tiger 800 and it sounded really raspy with lovely pops and babgs on overrun. I'm looking for something similar and have narrowed it down to either a Pipewerx or Scorpion.

I was looking at lextec link pipe so I could fit a GR MOTO can, but they are out of stock everywhere.

    I have Givi panniers fitted.

Which one do you recommend for a Gen 3 bike?

Any problems with heat damage from scorpion or pipewerx?  Which one sounds best and still pops and bangs?

    Thanks in anticipation,

    Malc

I've never heard a Pipewerx in person, but have had a Scorpion Serket CF on my '12 model ever since Scorpion introduced them for the bike. It has a nice deep growl to it that sounds better (to me) than any other can I've heard on a TEX. Nice burble on the downshifts too. Only the first Scorpions produced heat damage to turn signal & rear side reflector. (Mine was one of them) Scorpion got it redesigned and replaced mine with no questions asked. still looks like new & sounds great. I highly recommend them.

I've just got around to fitting a used Delkevic exhaust to my 2020 Tiger that I've had laying around for ages. It's not quite as loud as I was expecting but does rumble a bit as the RPM increases. Not bad quality either, pics below -
