I'm thinking of fitting a quickshifter to my 2018 xrx gen3.
I have seen a shift assist from a 2018 xrt for sale on ebay. Does anyone know if it could be fitted to my 2018 xrx?

It is the same unit across the whole model range, buy with confidence. I believe it needs to be activated and/or setup by the dealer in the firmware though so you might be as well getting a quote to get it fitted. It can also be switched on and off in the menu, that has caught a few people out.

Triumph quote 18 minutes labour time to fit the QS at the dealers on the Gen 4. I suspect any dealer is going to charge you at least one hours labour to fit and setup on a used bike. Good Luck!

Thanks for your help. I bought it and got it fitted and set up by Destination triumph in Christchurch.

    Wow - it's fantastic!

I love the quickshifter on my Gen 4 but I have to remember that I don't have it on my Trophy when I switch bikes.

Frankly, going to New Zealand to have this part installed sounds a bit overkill to me (c8

Oh yeah! My absolute favorite killer feature when I got my current Gen 4!

Glad to hear you were able to get it fitted to your XRX. I love the quickshifter on my Gen 3 XRT. So sad I don't have one on my other bikes, but the good news (for me) is that I'll be installing one (upshift-only) soon on my KTM 690 Duke.
