    Incredible!
Never had that much respect for companies selling just good products at extremely high prices.
If you can't get any help from them, that will make my (somewhat paranoid) suspicions permanent...

From a legal POV, they can't sell this product to the North American market without explicitly specifying that installation requires parts to be replaced on the bike!

It seems that the turn signal issue is not for all north america, canadian and californian bikes are asking for red turn signal, it does not seem that the rest of the USA have red blinkers.

Anyway, discussions with Touratech are not over, I will have more info in the next few weeks.

To be fair, I think they were as surprise a me that It did not work, pretty sure a footnote will soon appear in the catalog.

And since you're the one who helped them here, you should not only be compensated, but rewarded!

Some images of the Touratech side case saga, I did not find any turn signals that worked for me, so I made some myself. I used some red eagle eyes led lights, connected to the OEM harness with Molex connectors, I also added some lights on the side cases, they are also connected to the blinker's harness, to avoid CAN bus snags, those are triggered by a pair of 2N2222 transistors

Seems to me that Touratech could work out a simple attachment that enables the pannier when unlocked to be tilted out slightly. Just a latch of some sort. Not ideal but would mean people wouldn’t have to fcuk about with indicators.

Yep, I had a similar problem on some Givi panniers on my GS, where the nearside pannier would not open because of the grab bar on the bike:

Fortunately, the Givi panniers have a small latch to allow them to be tilted when unlocked:

I didn’t know Givi had come up that solution, but as they have and it also occurred to me, and I sure others too, it makes Touratech’s response all the more callous and frankly dumb.
