Capturing some notes on the initial build out of the Tiger GT Explorer. Got a fantastic deal as the initial owner found it too tall so traded it back in with 977 miles on it. It came with the black Expedition panniers and a SW-Motech Micro bag.
My additions so far include:
SW-Motech Risers - 30mm
SW-Motech City Tank Bag
SW-Motech Tablet Drybag with Molle mounts
EVO Tech GPS Mount for Garmin
Dual USB port on Amazon
Cheap Screen Extension on Amazon (works fantastic)
Triumph Expedition Top Case and Mount
Innovv K3 Dashcam System
Rowe Electronics Amplink Power Distribution Module
Gerbing Power Outlet Port for heated gear
Ram Mount Wireless Phone Charger/Mount
Ram Mount Beverage Holder (gotta have my coffee)
Resin4Bike Reflective Stickers for Panniers - eBay
Sonic_Print Union Jack Reflective Stickers - eBay
CustomTaylor33 Reflective Rim Tape - Amazon
Airflow Seat Cover - works way better than expected
Triumph Tank Pad
Still in the works:
CANbus controller - Hex EzCAN is almost ready to release their product
Transfer my Denali D3 Spots and D3 Fogs from my Trophy to the Tiger
Denali Dual B6 Brake/Tail Lights - received but requires the CANbus Controller
Pyramid Plastics FendaExtenda
Pyramid Plastics Pillion Luggage Rack
Pillion rack mounted Auxiliary Fuel Cell - 3.25 gal from BAM Manufacturing
Pics below to illustrate progress

Looks totally schmicko!
How tricky was the rim tape? It's not cheap.

looking really nice!
Where'd you get the airflow seat cover? I couldn't figure which model matches the gen4 -
https://airflowseatcovers.com/products/air?variant=37025668694177
I even emailed them to ask but didn't get any help.
or maybe you found it elsewhere?
thanks

With the side covers off, the install went very easy. I removed the phone holder under the pillion seat and velcro'd the DVR there. Front camera and GPS cables were run under the right side of the tank and the control unit cable was run up the left. Velcro'd the front camera to the beak. I'd say this was a moderately easy install.
Here is a sample that I quickly stitched together.
