    has anybody replaced the bars on the explorer

    so i have rotated the bars forward for off-roading and am finding the bed is just wrong. has anyone replaced the bars on these yet?

    I would like to replace them or even just cut an inch off the ends.  The reason I have not is that two holes will have to be drilled on each end for the heated grip wires to go through.  Just more of a hassle than I want right now.

    Don't know about the bars on other models, but I had to move them back slightly on my GT Explorer as they touched the screen on full lock.
