Anyone else think that if the bike is turned off in the lower position for a certain period of time that it will eventually raise itself to normal level without intervention?
e.g.
If I stop the bike when lowered then turn it back on again the spring indicator is off, but the bike will not go any lower when the home button is pressed - even though the white spring indicator comes on.
If I stop the bike when lowered then turn it back on again after a longish period of time the spring indicator is off but the home button WILL lower the suspension. i.e. the bike starts off higher than when it was stopped earlier.
This is bugging me & I can see the day when I get a laser level to monitor & verify WTF is happening.

Yep, mine is the same. I've decided that after the bike is switched off it resets the lowering function. I'm guessing that as soon as the bike is switched back on it returns to the original ride height but it may take a few minutes. I have not verified this but would be interested in your laser research.
I was hoping this update would address the driving light function, but nope! seems stupid that the lights need turned back on after using high beam function. This bike just doesn't like to remember your inputs

I think it happens before you turn it back on again. Maybe progressively over a period of time when it is off?

Might be a U.S. thing, when I have my driving lights on and switch to high beam the driving lights are automatically turned off. When I go back to low beam the driving lights don't come back on without me turning them back on.

Yes, mine does exactly the same thing. My bigger gripe is it doesnt remember what was turned on when you restart the bike (i.e. high beams or driving lights)

In the U.S. brights and fog lights can't be on at the same time. It might not even be a federal rule, but if any of the states (especially California) enact a rule then the auto makers usually just institute it in all their models for consistency, especially if it saves them money. My old 2003 Dodge pickup had stock fog lights, but when I updated to my current 2018 Ram they are no longer installed.
My wife's 2021 Harley has "Hiawatha" headlights/fog lights and when you turn on the brights the fogs go off, but go back to dim and the fogs come back on. This setting stays the same through ignition cycles and doesn't change until you change it yourself. Much better operating procedure than my TRP.

Annoyingly here, the fog lights only operate when the headlights are on, either high or low beam, but do not come on with the DRL. If I’ve had the fogs in with the headlight and then switch to DRL the fogs go off but will come on if I hit the flasher and also come straight back on if I switch back to headlights. Seems no one has the ideal (logical/sensible) set up.

Australia as well. It's a legal thing that DRL and night lights cannot be on at the same time and that fog lights also cannot be on with DRL.

It's a federal statute that doesnt allow more than 4 forward facing lights to be on at the same time. Title 49 - Transportation. Same Title that allows motorcycle headlight modulators to be legal in all 50 states without exception.

Thanks for the clarification, now that you mention I do recall a lot of hubbub about all the redneck lightbars showing up on pickups a while back.
