So I havent ridden motorcycles for 25 years.  Just thought hey why not try it again.  Recent cancer scare brought me to different thought process.  Bought a used tiger 1050 two weeks ago.  Enjoyed it so much I went out and bought a used tiger XRT 1200 this week.  never looked at anything like this before.  So far so good.  Temps here are now averaging in the 40s, still plan on riding till the snow hits.

Nothing like a health scare to rearrange your priorities!  Hope it pans out well for you.

I'm sure you will love your XRt.  I do mine.  My only complaint is the top-heaviness of it, which disappears once rolling.
The great features are that it just gets up and dances when the throttle is wound up (eg passing a semi), and carries a sh#t load of rider, passenger, and luggage with ease.
