    Looking for a switch and wiring loom for a heated rear seat for a 2013 Explorer.

    The loom will be there already. The switch will come with the wiring to connect to the plug that already sits under your seat.
    The best bet is to try any breakers as the switch is the same up to 2015 models (maybe longer but I dont know this) as stock has been unavailable at dealers for at least 4 years now
