Any Ride Outs?
« on: March 21, 2013, 06:39:56 PM »
Hi guys,

Been a member if the forum for a short while but not really had chance to post much stuff due to working like a mad man for the last six months.

Just wanted to know if there are any ride outs planned over Easter/coming months?

I live in the Worcestershire area.

Cheers
Darren

Darren, there a few midlanders on this forum now so maybe a meet up or ride would interest a few. I would be up for a meet/ride out so best kick it off with a suggested date, time and place. Bruce

Hi Darren

I am in Kidderminster - if the weather is ok at easter I will be out there - cold is OK but snow may be a little too much - lets chat next week

I'm in castle bromwich, i'd be up for a rideout some time, mid Wales is always a good place for some good roads, was there last weekend on my drz, had snow and sleet, not the best for riding /camping lol

Hi guys
I live near Solihull. Always interested in a ride. Cold no problem but also draw the line at snow/ice - too large an excess!!

Just checked out the 10 day forecast for my area & west as far as Bala for Easter weekend, Fri & sat may be icy in the mornings but Sunday/ Monday look more promising with + temps overnight & +4 to + 6 during the day. From memory I think theres a few members now in the west mids / general Birmingham area -  Staffordshire/Cheshire/Manchester areas & again the North Leicstershire, south staffs, Derbyshire areas.

If member's in these areas are interested in a ride out into wales how about a meet up somewhere central (ish) but far enough west so as to not include much boring motorway?..... Asda car park Stafford then A518 west??  (Should be easy enough to find)

If theres any interest we can then start a new thread with these area as a title to try & pick up members in these areas?

Good event to support is the bike day at Prescott hill climb on April 7th ,have ridden the hill on my Harley two years on the trot . The event supports Bloodrunners hi light last year was Capirossis Duke in the paddock and boy was that noisy .

Nice little ride out for you

Snow here so not much chance of a ride out this weekend.  Would be up for a ride next Sunday / Monday if we can get it organised
If not now, then when ?
