Hmmm . . . maybe time for that Honda VFR1200F with the dual-clutch technology?

I tried one a while ago with the semi-auto system - that changes gear like a white hot Bowie knife slicing through a tub of margarine.

My 2017 XCA shifts very smooth when cold, gets a little notchy second to third when warm but if I wind it up a bit silky smooth.
