Checked mine and the lhs has 2-3 of play side to side - will raise with the dealer for the service - as has been said that rod is there to stop rotational movement - there is no front to back play - it shouldnt be tight ( there is a torque for the fastening of course ) as the there is movement when The suspension moves as it is on a bush ( GT Pro)

Hi,

Arthur, 35, living near Paris and riding a black 2022 Rally Explorer on and off road.

Apart from the rear shock settings in off road modes that is way too soft for me, I really like traveling with this bike.

See you on the roads and trails of Europe!

I totally Agree this point. You spent so much and no one knows why is it so.

Yes. Ferries are dodgy places for bikes..in particular in wet. The steel ramps are terrifying. I make a point of staying a good distance behind any vehicle ahead on and off the ship....allowing me time to slow without coming to a stop if they delay. Not using the brakes front or rear is best in the wet on smooth steel.

Thanks, all, for the warm welcome, especially from my childhood heroes, Bruce and Speed.

We all have deep compelling reasons why we ride, most of which seem center around the notions of freedom, living in the moment, even therapy. I recently found out that the number of my remaining days is much lower than I can comfortably fathom, and with that came a bucket list, and on that list was this ride.
