When chasing yr dream its easy to take a wrong fork I  the road without realising (ask a Dakar rider!)
Same thing happened to Gabe at ZemOverland.  Travelled world set up successful retail adventure goodies shop and has just exited to concentrate on specialist adv fabrication and getting back into some travelling.
Wish both guys all best , as they say....it was fun while it lasted!!

I can fully understand why he is taking a break.   I read the link and looked at his site and I recognize the problem all too well..   I run my own musical instrument repair company and despite clearly advertising my opening times, I regularly get folk phoning me at 9 and 10 PM, often at the weekend,  to discuss their repair needs.    I know it's up to me whether I answer the phone or not but I find it incredible that people would consider phoning a business at that time of night 7 days a week.    It means theres no respite for the business owner.     I also received emails on Christmas day, all of which went un responded to.

I've used muddy supm twice and would not hesitate to use him again.    Hope he has a good break.   He deserves it.

From what I have read here, MS is charging far less than he is worth. I used to do some IT consulting for home offices and small businesses. Sometimes found myself spending half a day for a house call to do 15 minutes worth of work. But the reality is that most of my customers told me that I was charging too little.

Ran my own t-shirt business from home and can relate to what's been said.

Used Dave late last year and can't praise the guy enough. Lovely chap and does fine work.

Hope he has a fantastic break  :028:
